Is it possible to return tickets?
Tour fees are a major part of the tour's income and impact the overall cost of equipment, operating costs, staff, administration, etc. Since the Company will incur the majority of its expenses prior to the start of the tour, we need to implement cancellation fees to cover these expenses. Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your booking, we will charge a cancellation fee as follows: 30 or more days before departure – loss of deposit 15-29 days before departure – 30% of the tour cost 7-14 days before departure – 50% of the tour cost 6 days or less before departure – 80% of the tour cost 48 hours or less before departure – 100% of the tour cost * or deposit, if more. For private tours, alternative cancellation conditions may apply and will be communicated to relevant Clients at the time of booking. All cancellations must be in writing and made by the person submitting the booking form. Send an email to your Company contact with a copy to info@uzholiday.com Once the tour has commenced, no refunds will be given for any unused portion of the tour or services provided. If you wish to make any changes to the tour or leave the tour early, such changes or departure will be entirely at your expense and responsibility. You will also need to inform the tour operator in writing of the reason for canceling the tour.
