During your trip to Uzbekistan, you will learn many secrets of Uzbek national cuisine and taste delicious Uzbek wines. Arrival in Tashkent at 20:55. Meeting at the airport. Supper. Accommodation at the hotel.

At 9 am meeting with the guide at the hotel. Next, we will see the sights of one of the most beautiful and modern cities of Uzbekistan, its capital-Tashkent. We will visit the old part of the city: Hasti Imom, including Barak Khan Madrasah, Kafal Shoshi Madrasah, a library located on the same square and important for storing the Quran of Usman. We will continue at the Kukaldosh and Abdul Kasim madrassas. We will also visit the eastern Chorsu market. Dinner.

Departure from Tashkent to Kibray in 1 hour to the excursion at the Uzumfermer winery. The tour starts at 14:00. Uzumfermer is the first family winery in Uzbekistan that produces varietal wine using European technology from selected grapes. The farm includes 21 hectares of vineyards, an exotic garden, a mini-hotel and wineries. You will have a pleasant walk through the ornamental garden of 1 hectare, where more than 1,500 species of plants grow, collected from all over the world. Next, you will take a tour of an ultra-modern Italian winery, where you will be presented with an overview of the process from grape harvesting to wine bottling. You will see the equipment used in the production of wine, as well as learn the secrets of home winemaking. At the end of the wine tour, you will have a tasting of five samples of wine accompanied by a cheese plate and fruit slicing. The end of the wine tour to the Uzumfermer family winery. Transfer to the airport for departure to Urgench. Departure at 07:00. Arrival in Urgench at 08:30. Meeting with the guide at the airport and departure by bus to ancient Khiva.

Breakfast. We will begin a sightseeing tour of one of the oldest cities in Uzbekistan. We will see the Ichan-Kala Fortress, listed on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List. Visit to Muhammad Aminkhan Madrasah (XVIII century), Muhammad Rahimkhan Madrasah (XIX century), Kalta Minor, Pahlavan Mahmud Mausoleum, Islam Khoja Minaret, Juma Mosque, Tash-Hovli Palace, Kunya-Ark and local bazaar. Dinner.

After a busy walk, you will have a Master class on cooking "tukhum barak" in the national house "Zeravshan-opy" with lessons of Uzbek cuisine. Exclusively for you, the secret of the unique taste of "tukhum barak" will be revealed. You will be able to cook the most delicious "tukhum barak" yourself and write down the recipe for cooking this legendary Uzbek dish. Supper. In a great mood, we will go to the hotel. Transfer to the train station in the morning. Departure to Bukhara at 09:12, arrival at 16:17(lunch box on the road).

Meeting at the train station and the beginning of our walk through the most beautiful evening city. We will see: Kalyan Minaret and Poi Kalyan Mosque, Miri Arab Madrasah, Toki Zargaron domes, Ulugbek and Abdullaziz Khan madrasahs, Toki Telpak Furushon domes, Magoki Attori mosques, Toki Sarafon domes , Lyabi Hauz architectural complex and a complex of two madrasahs and Khanaka Chor Minor . Breakfast. We will start a tour of Bukhara: a visit to the Samani Mausoleum, the sacred spring of Chashma Ayub, the Bolo Hauz Mosque, the Ark Citadel. Dinner. The highlight of the program is the tasting of famous Uzbek wines in Bukhara. Tasting of Uzbek wines takes place in the caravanserai "Nugai", in the center of old Bukhara in two small cozy cells. The owner of the tasting salon has worked for many years at the Bukhara winery. He is a hereditary taster, his wife is a well-known taster of the republic, her fruitful activity was awarded the gold medal named after Lev Sergeevich Golitsyn. An exclusive selection of red and white (table, strong, dessert) wines is offered for tasting and buying.

Transfer to the train station and departure to Samarkand. Departure at 16:08, arrival at 18:34. Upon arrival in Samarkand, dinner. Check-in at the hotel.

In the morning you will go to the national guest house, where a master class on cooking Samarkand pilaf will be held. Lunch. After lunch, continue sightseeing: visit the Afrosiab Museum and the grave of St. Daniel. Then you will go to the village of Konigil, where you will see the process of making Samarkand mulberry paper using ancient technology.

Next, you will visit the wine factory named after. Khovrenko. Here you will see the museum of winemaking and taste wine products popular far beyond the borders of Uzbekistan.

You will be offered the best varieties of produced wines, ranging from the most delicate Gulyakandoz wine and ending with strong Zarafshan cognac. Supper. Overnight at the hotel.

Transfer to the train station and departure to Tashkent at 06:13. Arrival at 08:29.

Let's start our tour. We will visit: Independence Square, Amir Temur Square, city fountains and modern monuments, Opera and Ballet Square. Dinner. After lunch we will go to the Museum of Applied Arts.

Then we will prepare a wonderful dish of Uzbek cuisine – Damlama . Damlama (dimlyama, domlyama) is an amazing dish of stewed vegetables and meat. During the master class, guests will be able to take a direct part in the process of cooking damlama under the guidance of an experienced chef. Surprisingly, such a wonderful dish is very easy to prepare, and even the most distant people from the kitchen will be able to easily cook it, and subsequently make it their signature dish.
